Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC," "Wise Revival," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Wise Revival products and services.
Wise Revival is a brand of DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC. This Policy applies to the Wise Revival subscription web applications offered at subdomains of wiserevivalpartners.com, and to related websites, support, and communications for those products.
1. Our Products
Wise Revival offers four standalone subscription web applications: Flip Suite, Deal Finder, Section 8 Finder, and Off-Market Finder (each, a "Product," and collectively, the "Services").
Each Product is a standalone subscription sold separately. Each Product has its own per-app account and its own per-app billing. Creating an account for, subscribing to, or using one Product does not create an account for, or a subscription to, any other Product.
The Services are offered for business use by adults, as described in Section 11 below.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account information. Information you provide when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us, including your name, email address, and business information you provide, such as your business name, business address, and business phone number.
Billing information. Information needed to process your subscription payments. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never store full payment card numbers on our systems. Stripe collects and processes payment card information on our behalf, and we receive only limited billing information from Stripe, such as confirmation of payment, the type of card, and the last digits needed for receipts, account administration, and support.
App usage data. Information generated when you use the Services, including login information and timestamps, features used, actions taken within a Product, device and browser information, and server, security, and diagnostic logs.
Information you provide to us directly. Information you send us in support requests, emails, or other communications, and any information you choose to enter, save, or upload in a Product.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide the Services, including creating and administering your per-app accounts, authenticating logins, and delivering the features of each Product you subscribe to;
- To improve the Services, including understanding how features are used, fixing errors, and developing and improving functionality;
- For billing, including processing subscriptions through Stripe, sending receipts and billing notices, and administering renewals, lapses, and cancellations;
- To provide support, including responding to your questions and requests;
- For security, including protecting accounts, preventing fraud and abuse, investigating suspicious activity, and maintaining the integrity of the Services;
- For legal compliance, including complying with applicable law, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our terms; and
- To send transactional communications as described in Section 4.
We do not use personal information for purposes materially different from those described in this Policy without providing notice as required by applicable law.
4. Transactional Email
We send transactional email relating to the Services, including account creation and verification, billing receipts and payment notices, subscription and cancellation notices, security alerts, and support responses. Transactional email is delivered using our email service provider, Resend.
Transactional email is sent because it is necessary to operate your account and subscription. It is not marketing email.
5. Your Own Third-Party Data Accounts
Some features allow customers to connect their own third-party data accounts, such as accounts with ATTOM, skip-trace providers, and similar data providers that the customer selects and contracts with directly.
Data that you access through your own third-party accounts is governed by those providers' terms and privacy policies, not by this Policy. Your relationship for that data is with the provider.
Wise Revival does not sell, resell, or provide third-party data. We provide software. Any third-party data you view or use in connection with the Services comes through your own third-party account, under your own agreement with that provider.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of data provided by your third-party providers, or for how those providers collect, use, or disclose your information.
6. How We Disclose Information; No Sale of Personal Information
We disclose personal information only as described in this Policy: to the service providers identified in Section 7, who process it on our behalf; to comply with applicable law or lawful legal process; to protect the security of the Services and the rights, property, and safety of DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC, our customers, and others; and in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Service Providers and Subprocessors
We use a limited number of service providers to operate the Services. These providers process personal information only on our behalf and for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Resend — transactional email delivery;
- DigitalOcean — hosting; and
- Cloudflare — Domain Name System (DNS), security, and content delivery.
We may update this list as our providers change. Material changes to the providers we use will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy as described in Section 13.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use minimal, essential cookies only, together with limited analytics as described in this Section.
Essential cookies are cookies that are strictly necessary for the Services to function, such as cookies used to keep you signed in, maintain your session, remember security settings, and protect against fraud and abuse. The Services will not function properly without these cookies.
We may also use limited analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Services are used and to improve them. That analytics use is minimal: it is limited to basic usage measurement for the Services themselves. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information collected through cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using some or all features of the Services.
9. Data Retention and Deletion After Cancellation
We retain personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services.
After your subscription is cancelled and has lapsed, your account data for the applicable Product is deleted 30 days after the lapse date.
Standard exceptions apply to that deletion. We may retain certain records after that date where retention is needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or backup purposes. Examples include payment and transaction records, tax and accounting records, records needed to resolve or defend claims and disputes, security and fraud-prevention logs, and copies held in routine backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course. Information retained under an exception is retained only for the purpose of that exception and for the period required or permitted by applicable law.
Because each Product is a standalone subscription with its own account and billing, cancellation, lapse, and deletion under this Section apply to the Product whose subscription has cancelled and lapsed.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication protections, and hosting and network security provided through our service providers.
No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and no security measure can prevent all unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
11. Children and Business Use Only
The Services are for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, for business use only.
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Texas residents — Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) may give you rights regarding your personal information, subject to the Act's scope, definitions, and exceptions. Where the TDPSA applies, those rights include:
- The right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and to access that personal information;
- The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
- The right to delete personal information provided by or obtained about you;
- The right to obtain a copy of personal information you previously provided to us, in a portable format as required by law;
- The right to opt out of processing of your personal information for purposes where an opt-out right applies under the TDPSA, including targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects — as stated in Section 6, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
- The right to appeal our decision if we decline to take action on a request to exercise one of these rights.
How to exercise your rights. To exercise a right described in this Section, or to appeal a denied request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the account before acting on a request. We will respond to requests, and to appeals, as required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right granted by applicable law. If we deny an appeal, we will provide the information required by applicable law about how to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General, where that requirement applies.
Residents of other states. If you reside in a state other than Texas whose applicable privacy law grants you rights regarding your personal information, you may exercise the rights granted by that law by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by the applicable law.
Authorized agents and opt-out signals will be handled as required by applicable law.
Some information is exempt from, or is processed outside the scope of, state privacy laws — for example, information processed in a business or employment context, or information subject to other federal or state laws. The rights in this Section apply only to the extent required by applicable law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Policy with a new effective date on the applicable Wise Revival website or Product page.
If a change is material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Policy prominently, by sending a transactional email to the email address associated with your account, or by another method reasonably designed to notify you, as required by applicable law. Your continued use of a Service after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
