Refund & Cancellation Policy

DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC
Doing business as Wise Revival
Effective October 21, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (this "Policy") applies to subscriptions purchased from DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC," "Wise Revival," "we," "us," or "our"). Wise Revival is a brand of DELMOL HOLDINGS, LLC.

Wise Revival sells four standalone subscription web applications, offered at subdomains of wiserevivalpartners.com:

Each application (each, an "App") is a standalone subscription sold separately, with its own per-App account and per-App billing. A subscription to one App does not include a subscription to any other App. Cancelling one App does not cancel any other App, and a refund or cancellation decision for one App does not apply to any other App unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for that App.

This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service regarding refunds or cancellation, the Terms of Service and this Policy will be read together to give effect to both, except where a provision of this Policy expressly states that it controls for refund and cancellation matters.

2. Monthly Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor.

The price for each App is the price shown at checkout for that App at the time you subscribe, plus any taxes or other charges disclosed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on file for each monthly billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Unless you cancel before the end of your current paid period, your subscription will renew for the next monthly period and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for that App.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel the subscription for an App at any time inside that App. Cancelling stops future renewal charges for that App. It does not cancel subscriptions for any other App.

To cancel an App, step by step:

  1. Sign in to the App you want to cancel, using the account for that App.
  2. Open your account settings or billing settings in that App.
  3. Find the subscription for that App and select the option to cancel that App's subscription.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
  5. Check that you receive or can view a confirmation of the cancellation in the App or by email, and keep that confirmation for your records.

If you have subscriptions to more than one App and you want to cancel more than one, you must repeat these steps separately inside each App you want to cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period for that App. Cancellation does not take effect immediately and does not end your paid period early, except where law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for cancelling in time to avoid the next renewal charge. If you cancel before the end of the current paid period, you will not be charged for the next period for that App unless a charge has already been processed as disclosed at checkout or in the App.

4. Access After Cancellation

After you cancel, your access to the cancelled App continues until the end of the current paid period for that App. After that paid period ends, access to that App will end and the subscription will lapse, unless you resubscribe or reinstate it before then through the App.

Cancelling one App does not affect your access to any other App to which you maintain an active, paid subscription.

5. No Refunds for Partial Months or Unused Time

Except where law requires otherwise, or where this Policy expressly says otherwise:

Nothing in this Section limits any refund or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

6. Failed Payments and the 7-Day Grace Period

If a monthly payment fails — for example, because a card expires, is declined, or has insufficient funds — we will provide a grace period of 7 days before access to the affected App pauses.

During the 7-day grace period:

  1. Sign in to the affected App.
  2. Open your account settings or billing settings.
  3. Update or replace your payment method on file, and correct any inaccurate billing information.
  4. Complete any retry or payment confirmation prompted in the App or by Stripe so the outstanding amount can be collected.

If payment succeeds during the grace period, your subscription continues and access is not paused under this Section.

If payment still fails at the end of the 7-day grace period, access to that App will pause. While access is paused, you may be unable to use some or all features of that App until payment is successfully completed and access is restored, if restoration is available under the Terms of Service.

If a paused subscription is not brought current, it may be treated as lapsed or cancelled after the pause, in accordance with the Terms of Service. Once a subscription has lapsed or been treated as cancelled after a payment failure, the data-deletion rule in Section 7 below applies, measured from the lapse date.

A payment failure for one App does not by itself pause, lapse, or cancel a separately billed subscription for another App, unless the same payment failure applies to that other App's own billing.

7. Account Data After Cancellation and Lapse — 30-Day Deletion

After a subscription is cancelled and the subscription lapses (that is, after the end of the final paid period, or after a payment-failure lapse under Section 6), account data for that App will be deleted 30 days after the lapse date.

Please export, download, or otherwise save any data, lists, records, or other material you want to keep before that 30-day period ends. After the deletion date, that account data may no longer be available and may not be recoverable.

Deletion under this Section applies to the lapsed App's account. It does not, by itself, delete data held under a different App account that remains active, except where the same data is held only in the lapsed App's account or where deletion is required by law or our Terms of Service.

This Section does not require us to delete records we must retain by law, or records we retain in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, or legitimate record-keeping obligations, such as billing and transaction records.

8. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe there has been a billing error — including a duplicate charge, a charge in the wrong amount, or a charge for an App you did not subscribe to — please contact us promptly at [email protected] so we can investigate.

We will correct genuine billing errors and duplicate charges. Where a correction requires a refund of a genuine billing error or duplicate charge, we will process that correction through the original payment method where practicable, subject to Stripe processing and applicable law.

To help us investigate, please include the email address on the account, the App involved, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the error. Do not send full payment card numbers by email.

Making a billing-error claim under this Section does not change the general no-refund rule in Section 5 for amounts that were correctly charged.

9. Price Changes

We may change the price of an App from time to time.

For existing subscribers, we will give notice of a price change in advance, as required by applicable law and in accordance with the Terms of Service, before the new price applies to you. The new price will apply on a future renewal date identified in the notice or at checkout, not retroactively to a period you have already paid for, except where law permits otherwise.

If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel that App's subscription before the renewal on which the new price would apply, following the steps in Section 3. If you do not cancel before that renewal, your payment method will be charged the new price for that renewal and subsequent periods until you cancel.

Price changes for one App do not by themselves change the price of any other App.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us first if you have a question about a charge. Many billing questions, including genuine billing errors and duplicate charges, can be resolved promptly under Section 8 by contacting [email protected].

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider instead of, or in addition to, contacting us, your access to the affected App may pause while the dispute is pending or after a charge is reversed, and the affected subscription may be treated in accordance with the Terms of Service.

A chargeback or dispute for one App does not by itself resolve billing for any other App.

11. Third-Party Data Accounts and Third-Party Charges

Some customers choose, on their own, to connect third-party data accounts or services to an App — for example, ATTOM, skip-trace providers, or other third-party data providers.

Those third-party accounts are separate from Wise Revival. They are billed by those providers separately, under those providers' own terms and refund policies. Wise Revival does not collect those third-party charges, cannot cancel billing with those providers for you, and cannot refund third-party charges.

If you have a question, cancellation request, or refund request about a third-party charge, contact that provider directly. Cancelling a Wise Revival App does not cancel a third-party account you connected, and cancelling a third-party account does not cancel a Wise Revival App subscription.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Wise Revival's Apps are tools. Results from using real estate data and software vary, and results are not guaranteed. This brief note does not create any refund right, credit right, or cancellation right beyond those expressly stated in this Policy or required by law.

13. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with the governing-law provision in our Terms of Service, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another state's laws, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of a charge, cancellation, or dispute will apply to that matter to the extent permitted by law, and material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued subscription after an updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to an update, cancel the affected App before its next renewal following the steps in Section 3.
