Alberto Molina

Alberto Molina is a founder of Wise Revival, the real estate wholesaling and flipping company he built with his business partner Kyle Sowell. Wise Revival buys houses from homeowners and works deals across Texas plus Georgia, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Nevada, and Colorado. Alberto runs the day-to-day operation and drives the company's brand and deal flow.

He is the author of Basic Real Estate Secrets They Don't Want You to Know (2023), a book of 48 short chapters, each teaching a principle of this business through a true story. The book includes the story of his own start: leaving El Paso with $900 and sleeping on a friend's couch in San Antonio while he figured the business out — material he tells in full in the book itself (Ch. 39), not in a bio. He met his wife Jessica at a birthday party, a story told in Ch. 40.
