No investors behind a curtain. No franchise. No guru with a rented Lambo. Wise Revival is a real estate wholesaling and flipping company built house by house by its two founders — and this site is where they teach the process for free.
Wise Revival buys houses from homeowners — as-is, on the seller's timeline — and wholesales and flips across 9 states: Texas, Georgia, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Nevada, and Colorado. The company's rule with sellers is the same as its rule with numbers: one honest number, explained plainly, and the decision stays with the other side.
Alberto Molina — co-founder. Finds the deals and runs the numbers. He left El Paso with $900, slept on a friend's couch in San Antonio while getting started, and wrote the company's foundation book, Basic Real Estate Secrets They Don't Want You to Know (2023), before Wise Revival existed in its current form.
Kyle Sowell — co-founder and Alberto's mentor-turned-partner. The construction-savvy half of the team: he makes sure what the numbers promise is what the build delivers. Both founders carry equal credit in this company — that is not a slogan, it is the org chart.
Partners is the education arm: free calculators, step-by-step guides, a learn path, real deal teardowns, and free downloads — the same process the company runs on its own deals, taught in the open. The site's tools and teaching are free; Alberto's book is the one thing for sale, and it lives on Amazon and Audible. How we make money lays it all out, and how we run the numbers shows the math behind everything published.
Numbers are real or they are not published. Law summaries are statute-checked or they are not published. A deal with partial numbers does not become a teardown. That standard costs us content every month — and it is the entire brand.
